MSIG Motor Assist app for iPhone and iPad

MSIG Malaysia’s Private Comprehensive Motor policyholders can use the app to request for services in times of motor vehicle emergencies such Accident & Breakdown - Towing Service, Jump-start, Out of Fuel or Tyre replacement.

The GPS function in the app will help MSIG’s Motor Assist team to quickly identify the location of the policyholder when a service request is submitted. It expedites the arrangement of towing or onsite minor breakdown service. The app is free but download charges apply. Data used in MSIG Motor Assist app is not charged except for minimal used when you turn on the location services in the app.

For accident cases, once policyholder submits a service request, the case will be notified to MSIG Insurance claims department.

Policyholder can also submit photos of own damaged vehicle, third party damaged vehicle, third party details such as Car No. Plate and IC. Submitted photographs will be transferred instantly to MSIG Malaysia.
